Always use a can. A tennis ball cannot penetrate and is therefore ineffective.

Pain performs three tasks: 1 ) Pain alerts us of a problem with "Ouch!" 2) Pain indicates the location of a problem with "It hurts right there!" 3) Pain provides feedback on the status of a problem - that is, if the pain diminishes, it tells us that we're healing; if the pain stays the same or increases, it tells us that we're not healing or even getting worse.
Acute pain describes the intense pain of relatively short duration typically associated with trauma. Chronic pain is pain that persists for more than six months and indicates the presence of an unresolved problem. My techniques were developed to resolve 90% of the most common chronic painful conditions in the world today.
If you healed yourself using my method, it's scientific proof that your low back pain was caused exclusively by contracted soft tissues since that's all my method corrects. Your herniated disc and arthritis are still there but they never caused your pain, so you can ignore them. This is by far the most common incorrect diagnosis in the world today.
